We will accept items for exchange and return.
Method & procedures
- Presented with the original receipt.
- In their original packaging.
Terms & Timelines
- Refunds shall be processed only to the original method of payment.
- Within 15 days.
How long will it take for refund to be processed?
25 days if by card, 2 days by benefit pay.
Non-returnable items
- Unwrapped bed linens and carpet will not be accepted for return and exchange.
- Assembled product will not be accepted for return and exchange whether its collection or delivered by MSQUARE HOME.
- Items with manufacturing defects: MSQUARE HOME has the rights to determine the defect item.
- Any furniture item that delivered and fix already will not be accepted for the return or exchange except for manufacturing defect.
- Any purchase items that kept more than two weeks in the warehouse because of customer request will not be accepted for return and exchange.
- No Refund and exchange of the product during sale promotion period.
