Refunds shall be processed only to the original method of payment.

25 days if by card, 2 days by benefit pay

Unwrapped bed linens and carpet will not be accepted for return and exchange

Assembled product will not be accepted for return and exchange whether its collection or delivered by MSQUARE HOME

Items with manufacturing defects MSQUARE HOME have the rights to determine the defect item

Any furniture item that delivered and fix already will not be accepted for the return or exchange except for manufacturing defect.

Any purchase items that kept more than two weeks in the warehouse because of customer request well not be accepted for return and exchange.

No Refund and exchange of the product during sale promotion period.
